Shipping & Returns 

To return an item contact us at info@edelmanartvault.com, a return authorization number will be provided along with instructions for packing and a return label. Place the authorization number on the shipping carton next to the return label and a copy of the authorization number in with the artwork.

 

Buyers pay the return shipping cost. The shipment must be insured for the full purchase price.

All returns must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any kind if the item returned has been altered, damaged, appears to have been used or worn if it applies.

You have 14 days after the item was delivered to get a refund or exchange. Please READ THE INDIVIDUAL RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR EACH ITEM. (EXCEPTIONS: Some items must be returned within 7 days.)
