You must email Info@edelmanartvault.com before returning. You will be given an authorization number, return label and instructions for returning. You must insure the item for the full purchase price when returning.

To return, if the artwork is rolled, you must follow rolling instruction when returning. Cracking of the canvas primer or paint will deem it    unacceptable for return. If you received the artwork flat, it must be  returned flat.

If artwork or frame, if applicable, is damaged in shipping, it must be reported within 48 hours. You must save all packing material for carrier inspection. to get a refund. The sender must be contacted before returning at info@edelmanartvault.com.
