If artwork is damaged in shipping, it must be reported within 48 hours. You must save all packing material for carrier inspection to get a refund.
When returning, insure the item for the full purchase price and include the authorization number on the outside of the tube or box next to the address label and inside with the artwork.
All returns must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any kind if the item returned has been altered, damaged, appears to have been used or worn if it applicable.
You have 14 days after the item was delivered to get a refund or exchange. No refund after 14 days.
