Delai, a nom de plume for his Asian name, used when he immigrated to the USA. He is an accomplished painter and sculpture with international recognition. He was born in China and was an exceptional student, admired for his talent by the government. His large sculptures are in parks, squares and public buildings and his paintings are in several museums.
In the western world, he is known for his impressistic, colorful paintings, many that approach the subject matter with a unique eye. He has had one man and group art exhibits in NY, CA, GA & IL.
Delai returned to China where he became an actor in Foreign Action Films under his Chinese name, Law Kwok Keung. He still paints when he has the opportunity and the desire but creates a very limited amount of artwork each year.
