You must email Info@edelmanartvault.com with "Return" in the subject line before returning. You will be given an authorization number, return label and instructions for returning. You must insure the item for the full purchase price when returning.

If artwork or frame, if applicable, was received damaged during  shipping, it must be reported within 48 hours. You must save all packing material for carrier inspection to get a refund. The sender must be contacted before returning at info@edelmanartvault.com.

Stretched and framed paintings must be wrapped as received in multiple layers when returning. Include authorization number with your name, address and email. Put the authorization number on the container next to the return label. You must insure the item for the full purchase price when returning.
