Buyers are responsible to pay for the return shipping costs.
To return an item, the sender must be contacted at info@edelmanartvault.com before you may proceed with the return. You will need to acquire an authorization number which must be displayed on the box next to the label. A copy of this number must be in the box as well.
If artwork is damaged in shipping, it must be reported within 48 hours to the email address listed above. You must save all packing material for carrier inspection to get a refund.
A return authorization number will be provided. Include the return authorization number with the artwork and on the shipping container next to the label. You must insure the item for the Full purchase price when returning.
All returns must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any kind if the item returned has been altered, damaged, appears to have been used or worn if applicable.
You have 14 days after the item was delivered to get a refund or exchange. All sculptures will incur a $50 processing fee when returning. No returns will be processed after that date.
