To return an item, you must contact us before returning at info@edelmanartvault.com. A return authorization number will be provided.

If artwork is damaged in shipping, it must be reported within 48 hours. You must save all packing material for carrier inspection to get a refund.

When returning, insure the item for the full purchase price and include the invoice number and the return authorization number on the outside of the tube or box next to the address label. 

Buyers will pay for return shipping.

All returns must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any kind if the item returned has been altered, damaged, appears to have been used or worn if it applicable.

You have 14 days after the item was delivered to get a refund or exchange of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs if applicable.

Free Shipping on this painting if unframed. Framed artwork, buyer pays shipping unless otherwise stated.

You will be provided with an authorization number, a label and instructions. Include the return authorization number on the shipping container next to the label and inside with the artwork. You are required to get shipping insurance. INSURE THE ARTWORK FOR THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE WHEN RETURNING.

You must follow the instructions on how to handle the artwork when returning the item, All artwork is to be returned in the same condition as received .Paintings that are being returned in a tube must have the paint facing outward when rolling or the work will be cracked and will not be accepted for return. Artwork damaged because of improper care will not receive a refund.

Damaged artwork, notify us with 48 hours of receipt. Hold all packing material for carrier inspection.
