No artwork will be accepted for return if taken out of it's shrink wrap or plastic protective wrapping.

If artwork or frame, if applicable, is damaged in shipping, it must be reported within 48 hours. You must save all packing material for carrier inspection. to get a refund. The sender must be contacted before returning at info@edelmanartvault.com.

You will be given an authorization number, return label and instructions for returning. You must insure the item for the full purchase price when returning.

All paper art must be in their original plastic as received and must be wrapped where it will be thoroughly protected when shipped. All framed items if applicable, must have their frame attached and in the same condition as originally sent to consumer. Stretched and framed paintings must be wrapped as received in multiple layers when returning. Include authorization number with your name, address and email. Put the authorization number on the container next to the return label. You must insure the item for the full purchase price when returning.

You have 14 days after the item was delivered to get a refund or exchange. No returns will be processed after that date.
