The artwork cannot be removed from it's plastic wrapping. If removed, NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Damage from shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by email at info@edelmanartvault.com. You must save all packing material for a full refund.

You will be given an authorization number & a return label. The authorization number must be on the shipping container next to the label. The artwork must be packed as received in sturdy packaging and insured for the FULL purchase price. If lost you will get only the amount you insured it.

You have 14 days after the item was delivered to get a refund or exchange. No returns will be processed after that date.
