    This watercolor was created as a preliminary sketch for a painting that he was commissioned to create. He created another painting instead for the commission and offered this piece for sale. It is  a lovely little painting made by a very successful, talented artist. It is a beautiful interior scene. He is best known for his impressionistic paintings of landscapes and interior scenes. This is a rare gem that shows us how he creates his larger artwork.

    Owen has created  artwork that can be found in major art collections in the United States. He has exhibited at Art Expo in New York and in New York Galleries in Soho and Chelsea.
