This watercolor was created as a preliminary sketch for a painting that he was commissioned to create. He created another painting instead for the commission and offered this piece for sale. It is  a lovely little painting made by a very successful, talented artist. It is a beautiful interior scene. He is best known for his impressionistic paintings of landscapes and interior scenes. This is a rare gem that shows us how he creates his larger artwork.

Owen has created  artwork that can be found in major art collections in the United States. He has exhibited at Art Expo in New York and in New York Galleries in Soho and Chelsea.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To return an item, you must contact us at info@edelmanartvault.com to receive an authorization number, a label and instructions. If the artwork is damaged in shipping, it must be reported within 48 hours. You must save all packing material for carrier inspection to get a refund.

All returns must be in their original condition. Paper art cannot be removed from the protective plastic covering or it will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any kind if the item returned has been altered, damaged, appears to have been used or worn if it applicable. 

Place the return authorization number on the shipping container next to the label. The artwork must be packed as received in sturdy packaging and insured for the FULL purchase price or if not, if lost you will receive the amount back equal to only the insured amount. Shipping fees are not refundable.

You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return this item. After 14 days no refund or exchanges.

Include the return authorization number on the shipping container next to the label and inside with the artwork. You are required to get shipping insurance. INSURE THE ARTWORK FOR THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE WHEN RETURNING.

You must follow the instructions on how to handle the artwork when returning the item, All artwork is to be returned in the same condition as received. Artwork damaged because of improper care will not receive a refund.

If you receive damaged artwork, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Hold all packing material for carrier inspection.
