To return an item, the sender must be contacted at info@edelmanartvault.com before you may proceed with the return. You will need to acquire an authorization number.

Buyers are responsible to pay for the return shipping.

If artwork is damaged in shipping, it must be reported within 48 hours. You must save all packing material for carrier inspection. to get a refund.

A return authorization number will be provided. Include the return authorization number with the artwork and on the shipping container next to the label. You must insure the item for the Full purchase price when returning.

All returns must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any kind if the item returned has been altered, damaged, appears to have been used or worn if applicable.

You have 14 days after the item was delivered to get a refund or exchange. No returns will be processed after that date.

Free Shipping on this painting if unframed. Framed artwork, buyer pays shipping unless otherwise stated.

You must follow the instructions on how to handle the artwork when returning the item, All artwork is to be returned in the same condition as received. Paintings that are being returned in a tube must have the paint facing outward when rolling or the work will be cracked and will not be accepted for return. Artwork damaged because of improper care will not receive a refund.

Damaged artwork, notify us with 48 hours of receipt. Hold all packing material for carrier inspection.
