Robert Holland is a member of the Oil Painters Of America. He is a landscape impressionist. He works on varied subject matter throughout the west, either plein air or in a studio.

This painting is of a landscape that seems to have been painted  Plein Air. It appears to be a farm house with a barn. The artist captures the details of the home and it's property with the beautiful flowers and mowed lawn but the fences  are in disrepair and the home has a vacant quality to it. The title of the piece seems to allude to the same fact that the property is no longer occupied.

If artwork or frame, if applicable, was received damaged during  shipping, it must be reported within 48 hours. You must save all packing material for carrier inspection to get a refund. The sender must be contacted before returning at info@edelmanartvault.com.

Stretched and framed paintings must be wrapped as received in multiple layers when returning. Include authorization number with your name, address and email.
