All paper art must be in their original plastic as received and must be wrapped where it will be thoroughly protected when shipped. All framed items if applicable, must have their frame attached and in the same condition as originally sent to consumer. Framed painting must be wrapped as received in multiple layers when returning. Include authorization number with your name, address and email. Put the authorization number on the container next to the return label. You must insure the item for the full purchase price when returning.
