If artwork or frame is damaged in shipping, it must be reported within 48 hours. You must save all packing material for carrier inspection to get a refund. You must insure the item for the full purchase price when returning.

All framed items must have their frame attached and in the same condition as originally sent to the buyer. The Stretched or Framed painting must be wrapped as received in multiple layers when returning. Include authorization number with your name, address and email with the artwork. Put the authorization number next to the label. You must insure the item for the full purchase price when returning.
